TERMS & CONDITIONS
By commissioning me you accept rules listed below

>> Artist’s rights:

1. I’m drawing /only/ for personal use, that means:

I’m the owner of the artwork and I can post it on my social media [with you credited as commissioner]You are not allowed to re-sell artwork or use it in any commercial wayYou are not allowed to remove my signature and trace/heavy reference/claim it as your own artworkYou are not allowed to post it anywhere without crediting me
2. For commissions above $20 I take half of the payment after you accept the sketch and the other half after finishing the work. You can’t cancel commission after you pay me.

3. I can change some things during the process of making commission, but I won’t give refunds if you are not satisfied with the finished piece.

4. If there will appear any difficulties with finishing your commission on my part you can choose to either:

get the work that I managed to do and half of the refundget a full refund.
5. I’m allowed to refuse your commission.

6. I can adjust the information or pricing regarding my commission whenever I feel the need to, BUT I will never change price of the commission that was already agreed upon!

>>Commissioner’s rights:

1. You have the right to contact me on social media to get an update on your commission, I will respond as soon as possible!
(Please be mindful that I still have regular life)

2. You will get regular updates from me once I start doing your commission I usually show my progress in stages of
[ Draft→Lineart→Flat-color→Finished ]

3. You are allowed to 5 small changes and 1 big change once I start doing lineart
(I refer to changes that will still fit into commission price)

4. Once I finish
You will get a link to download your finished piece in high resolution, with my signature.You can post it only if you credit me properly and/or link to my account: pistachiolan.tumblr.com
5. If the commission is above 20$:
I will ask for half of the price after accepting draft and the second half once the commission is done. You can of course pay the whole price upfront.
